(a) On September 4, 2021, Quanterix Corporation (the “Company”) received notice from Marijn Dekkers that he was resigning as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors and all committees thereof effective December 31, 2021. His resignation was not because of any disagreement with the Company on matters relating to its operations, policies or practices.
